More dependent on his 3betting range preflop than anything. Really unsure why he'd check turn with AA/QQ on turn unless he was trying to be tricky. If you think he's a tight 3bettor fold, otherwise...

I believe this is pretty read dependent because I've seen a ton of people do this with draws to get FE. I might call if I think he'd do this, but if he's fairly conventional postflop I may fold it....
