In AC, Seat 8 would be banned from the casino, probably forever. An undeclared hand is dead even if its undeclared because the player won't turn over both cards.
Looks like Seat 8 lost a nice pot...

Always use "Might" and "Could" when describing your hand and you are jake. Otherwise, stating you have a specific hand that you don't can get you bounced from a table, game, casino or cardroom....
