You have to be doing something seriously wrong to go through so many buy-ins at the .05/.10 level or running really really bad. The play is usually so bad at 10NL that PT seems kinda of worthless;...

ABC poker will crush NL10, don't get fancy or too tricky. Overtime people will just push you their money and their bottom pairs, or gutshot straight draws.

The play is usually so terrible that either style should work out just the same, it really comes down to certain table dynamics for one to be effective over the other.
