That's a tough river, but he only has to be bluffing or overplaying 99 or AQ, AK, about 1 in 11 to make calling break even. Auto-call based on pot size.

I'd much rather raise 98s here than QTs. 98 is much less likely to be dominated.
I do like thinking about the range we're dominated by, though. Never thought about it that way before.

My first instinct is raise, but he's calling anyway and we can't protect against anything but a gutshot (just barely) and QQ, JJ. He probably would have capped with AA, KK preflop.
