Re: 2.20 Bodog SNG, Small PP rivers set

i would inclined to fold this on the turn. Too dangerous with strights and flushes on the board. Because you've called and hit the only card that can really improve your hand, the 4 makes it...

Re: 5.50 just getting started

i say call, altough i agree the $5.50 sngs are not the best quality, there a number of players who know what they're doing.
In these low stakes sngs if you push and the next guy calls the third guy...

Re: Weird action with JJ in a Stars $6.50 18-man

Again what the others said - fold. Though the raise isn't that bad. I have read that in early stages with big hands to raise 5-6 times big blind. But its a fold after 2 all-ins.

Re: UTG betting early on, 9 max, $6.50.

Yeah im guessing i would get slaughtered at bigger levels but at these levels it usually works out well. Though these are generalisations of my play and i do mix it up depending on blind levels.

Re: UTG betting early on, 9 max, $6.50.

It depends on how aggresive the table is. If aggresive (lots of preflop raising) i will usually be folding small pocket pairs, limping middle pairs, and strongly betting high pairs. Will limp with...

Re: What do you do in this situation?

any raise will cause him to either fold or go all-in. Put him all-in as you'd be getting odds if he went all-in after a raise. If he has an ace its unlucky

Re: Hand opinions

i would fold here too. A call here would put you up against 2 others with Ace high. Probably a good chance against an idiot but too risky with the size of your stack. These idiots lose bad in the...
