Default My Accountant: \"But how much did you lose?\"

So, I saw an accountant yesterday. We were going through records and he asks how much I have made in profit in 2006, I say "xxxxx" whatever, and he replies "ok so is that winnings or profit though?"

me: "oh that's profit..."

him: "right ok. But how much did you lose then?" (quoted verbatim)

It was very embarrassing as I started laughing outloud.. in his face.

Hire a new accountant.

Hire me.

Except I don't live in French Canadia. Or NYC.

[censored] it, don't hire me then.

seriously, the fact that he asked you "profit or winnings?" then proceded to ask you how much you lost should be grounds for him to lose his CPA. last i heard, retards can't be certified public accountants.
