Default hand vs nate 30 short wynn

We are currently playing 4 handed. I have opened the SB every time it has been folded to me in the SB. I have red sevens and open, and nate 3 bets for the first time. I decided to just call.

Flop comes A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

what lines should I consider?

c/c b/c c/r.

c/ring this flop is probably better since there are a tonne of draws, checking this river is also probably quite bad, but I guess works for all A-x which is probably the majority of his range.

Checkraise the flop is the clear choice in my opinion.

yeh I thought this as soon as I posted, so many draws he can't give you credit for a hand.

I've never actually played against nate-

I think its best to go straightforward against him, tricky lines like sudden donk bets on the turn so you can three bet will either have him freezing up and deciding to see showdown, or folding to the three bet. I would say check call the flop and then c/r the turn and bet river, its a good line because, well, its a good line.

c/r flop is the easy winner.

First instinct is flop CR, turn bet, river CR, depending on turn/river cards of course. A decent alternative is check/call checkraise. But that has some problems like when he doesn't have an ace and checks the turn. Check/call donk is an option but I really never like that one unless you do it with weak hands a lot.

I like check-bet-call, check-bet-raise myself.

Can someone please help me understand the river chk-raise. Are people going to bet enough times to make up for the times you get chked behind?
