Many times I've stated how much I like this place.
I don't think you can go wrong with any of the entrees. I'd go with the veal mainly because I haven't had that prep there. Regardless of what you get, I'd order a side of fries because they are so good. Just in case you didn't see the No Reservations spot, Keller has a very good relationship with his seafood provider and has paid medical bills for her workers. You can't beat connections like that - so I would get something from the seafood selections to start. Bourdain also was enraged at how good the fries were. He and his guest also described the cod brandade as a perfect hors d'oeuvre - it is on my list for the next time I go. The profiteroles are one of my favorite desserts anywhere. I usually split it with my guest. Simple and perfectly executed. |
