I'm not sure about the villain's raising range, seems a little wider then just AAxx. When it is AA, he is incapable of folding postflop.
The turn made me sick to my stomach, but I already have half my stack in. Can I find a fold here ? PokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha High, $0.25 BB (6 handed) internettexasholdem.com Hero ($23.75) MP (Villain) ($24) CO ($1.60) Button ($6.45) SB ($4) BB ($19.15) Preflop: Hero is UTG with 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Yeah, I should've truncated the hand history.
My question still stands, how about check-fold for option number 2 ? (that you now know I didn't take) |

Skill in omaha is based off of what play you make on the turn. How come you dont see k10 within his range? The way I see it, you are crushed by every possible holding here so why are we re raising all in?

If I didn't have the ace, I would've had a slim call for the last $12.5 in a $51 pot. Since I'm holding one of my own boat outs, its a marginal fold, but only if I'm 100% certain I'm behind. The way I see it, the only decision is to play the hand, or not. Check-calling here doesn't make sense. I might induce an occasional bluff, but is it worth risk giving a free card to something like 89T or AKQJ ? If I play, its betting out first. No free card, plus he could always have a brain fart and misread his hand, or misclick |

wtf is everyone in this thread talking about?
Pot flop. Pot turn or check/call raise 12.5 raise in $51 pot every time. the only place you can find a fold is if this guy was deep in any way. |

this is another hand im not crazy about calling pre flop - if the Ace were suited i play, but as so often happens when you flop a set with jacks or especially 10's 1)the board is draw heavy and 2) there are possible oversets
Post flop i think you see this hand through - if he has hit the case ace good luck to him, and if he has a straight you pretty much have the odds to call him down and fill up i like to call in this situation as i like to know what hes got, and also if i fill up and hes a bad player i might get him on tilt |
