i think you have the 78 diamonds, sir. however i would not include 1010 JJ or the QJd with one diamond in his calling range on the turn. either he has the Ad or he slow played KQ(which is horrible)

first thought: nut flush
second thought: flush third thought: 56/78 type crap. semi bluffin turn and backing into straight or 2pair. fourth thought: 44. minimal weight given to this. fifth thought: you on crack and either play KQ/set atrociously or you have nothing and want to see what kind of stones you have. |

Actually, I would think you have non-nut flush most often, because I'd expect that with the nut flush you wouldn't be very afraid of getting check-raised, because you have so much equity. That might be wrong though, because getting check-raised makes your hand much tougher to play too.
I think this play is ok as a bluff if he has KdXo or AdQx, I'd expect him to let that go. I don't think you would ever do this with a King. It seems nice with a combo draw, decent with a set. I actually wouldn't expect you to get called much here by one pair, which he probably has (I think). |
