Fasting
Some of my friends have done this in the past, and are about to do it again. I guess I'll give it a shot, but just wondering if others have ever tried this
I'm planning on doing it for 5 days, not sure I can last that long, but 10 days seems like an eternity. http://www.falconblanco.com/health/c...moncleanse.htm

no point in torturing yourself if you aren't going to go at least 10 days. i did this and it was one of the hardest things i've ever done, and i don't really know what kind of health benefits i got except for completely cleaning my colon out.
