Fasting
 

Some of my friends have done this in the past, and are about to do it again. I guess I'll give it a shot, but just wondering if others have ever tried this

I'm planning on doing it for 5 days, not sure I can last that long, but 10 days seems like an eternity.

no point in torturing yourself if you aren't going to go at least 10 days. i did this and it was one of the hardest things i've ever done, and i don't really know what kind of health benefits i got except for completely cleaning my colon out.

The health benefits of this are zero, except as a prep for colonoscopy.

You could gotten the same "benefits" in eight hours with a colon prep.

what's the matter? why do you feel the need to insult me because i tried something? and why does it make me a retard.

people throw around insults on the internet like they aren't talking to real people. it doesn't affect me but i know there are people on here it does and it could permeate out to the people around them. you could be sending hate into some place on the other side of the world and not even realize it.

ive fasted a max of 2 days with no water and food -religious reasons (they got me when i was still a kid)

it wasnt very funny. i cant imagine going longer than 2 days.
