Same chipotle wings I made last year. My fiancee said she'd call it off if I didn't make them again:
- Deep-fry the wings
- salt and pepper them as soon as they're out of the oil
- toss in a sauce made with butter, dijon, and this:



YUM!!!

Oh yeah, dipping sauce made with sour cream and gorgonzola.
