Super Bowl food beyond chips and dip

PITTM suggested this. Good idea. Lots of us I'm sure are going to or having Super Bowl parties this Sunday.

What are good ideas for tasty food to make beyond the basics?

I figure some homemade guac is always good, and very simple, so that's something I'll do. My sister usually makes some stuffed mushrooms, also delicious.

Anyway, ideas/recipes/questions, fire away!

Please recommed stuff to take along to someone's for a superbowl party, obv I have no idea what is standard, would like to get something non-standard.

My girlfriend makes a pretty mean-ass spinach and artichoke dip that's cheesy goodness. Not sure about the recipe though...

Chili usually goes over pretty well.

Bagel bites are phenomenal. You can get the store brand version, which is just mini-bagels covered in processed cheese and sausage bits. Or you can make them yourself -- buy a bag of bagels (mini- or full sized) and spread some tomato sauce on them, sprinkle grated mozzarella on it, and place whatever meat toppings you like. Bake them in a toaster oven for a few minutes and voila.

Chinese dumplings are great for these things.

My wife usually makes pigs in a blanket using Pillsbury Crescent Rolls as the blanket.
