No, why?
Maybe Im a little too twisted by my fishmax experience recently.
But "stone-cold bluffs", desperation bluffs happen. And often enough to make this a call, I says.

What are you afraid of here? Only an ace or trips, right?
So: would villain call down with an ace? Maybe.
Would villain call down with trips? Maybe. But probably not.
But: if they were (in both cases), I would have a note.
I am not sure if it is more than 15% clear that we are beat.
But I dont think so.
