Um the money we are able to make allows us more free time to enjoy life, your statement is very false.

Nice thought, not true for all. Some are hung up in the exchange attempting to accumulate the money, never taking the time to enjoy/explore the planet.

Is not this the point!

Wouldn't tournament poker players be smarter to organize their own organization, hire their own staff, enforce their own rules, on their own members, find sponsors, function as a 501 c-6 or c-3 organization, market and sell their product, like the PGA Tour?

Play for other peoples money, is that too easy of a answer?

If memory serves me correctly, it cost about $100.00 entry to win $ 1,000,000.00 (or more) first place on the PGA Tour.

It is quite clear from several of the threads on this site, known team work in poker tournaments exsists, cheaters exsist, on line sites are not trust worthy. (never mind that one might be playing a bot)

Maybe that guy who said "a sucker is born every minute was correct"!

Why play? Enlighten me!

Yeah, no reason to mess up your baseless accusations with some facts.

Thats a lot of hard work (not to mention "real" work). People play cards so they don't have to do that [censored]. If they wanted to hire their own staff, mess around with marketing, and get into sales THEY WOULDN'T BE PLAYING POKER NOW WOULD THEY? THEY WOULD WORK IN AN OFFICE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!

You're either the best troll ever or the worst poster ever

Whaat?

You don't know about the different poker alliances/associations, with a multitude of members, charging dues, going nowhere.

One of those associations needs to do the work for the players.

Simple - Why can't 2x2ers get past the insults?

First of all, that isn't what you said. You said the players need to organize and hire people. Ok, lets say this is a good idea (which it is not). Who chooses who they hire? Who makes the rules?

I do know about the different poker alliances, and you said it best when you said going nowhere.

That is where your stupid idea is going to go. I'd like to see a successful outline.

The reason I said you a troll or awful poster is because every post you make is about how poker sucks. Go play backgammon then
