I think this is close IMO. I always see these sort of villains getting ultra-frisky in blind battles but I'm not sure you have the ~40% equity you need.

If we narrow his range to overpairs and flush draws, say 50% of each, then you have ~32% equity. Thing is I just don't see villain openpushing with AA or KK etc that often and sometimes he might show up with whiffed overcards or 99, so i probably close my eyes and call.
