On the flop there is 90+90+ 120 = 300 before it's your turn to act . You were the original raiser and yet he's bet into you another 120 on the flop . I believe a healthy raise on the flop is in order here in the hopes that he may have a middle pocket pair that may pay you off . It makes your turn decisions much easier once you put the onus back on him . Now in this instance , you're in a quandary as to what to do .

How aggressive has this opponent been so far ? Certainly there is no correct way to deal with a situation like this . Much of your decision has nothing to do with your hole cards and every bit to do with your opponents tendencies .
