Its obvious based on the posts that he has 0% chance of getting back with her even if he wanted to. (key words being even if he wanted to)
That being said not sure what posting her myspace would do other than make things more difficult for him to see his daughter. Being the prick that I am, I woulda posted it after she took back the LCD complete with nudie pics...face blured out maybe. But then again I am not a rational person in those kinda times.

You need to think about who should have custody of your daughter. Your fiancee is unemployed. If ever a father has an oppurtunity to get custody of a child...it will be when the mother is unemployed and has just admitted to "cheatting???". You late night fling won't help, but it isn't necessarily going to see the light of day in court if no one informs your ex.

No, then the father has the opportunity to pay more child support. If by cheating you really meant "has outstanding felony warrants", then yes, he would have a chance to get custody. J
