Although I fully believe the OP, I can't seem to understand why any rational person (guilty or not) would possibly be:
1) Sharing a cellphone with fiance 2) Giving that phone number out to other guys 3) Running into bedroom and erasing the phone number without so much as an attempted explanation #3 combined with #4 (not attempting to call and apologize) is a horrible, horrible sign indeed. |

[ QUOTE ] Let me expound: this is not at all how the conversation with the lawyer would go. Have you ever actually met with a lawyer? Do you know anything about family law? Are you familiar with the custody laws in OP's state of residence? Then please stop giving legal advice. [/ QUOTE ] I'm sorry, you are of course completely correct. OP's behaviour to date will ensure that he gets full custodial rights, he will be installed as leader of the free world, world peace will break out, and we will all live happily after, especially when enriched with your helpful comments. His continued refusal to deal with the situation and his complete lack of proof of any wrong-doings are the greatest, most stable foundations the world has ever seen - I believe the catholic church are even considering re-writing one of the parables of the bible. Instead of that hackneyed old storey of the guy building his house on sand, they're going to point out how people who act live mature adults will always lose out to those who build on the examples of OP. I believe you will also recieve a footnote. [/ QUOTE ] Well, Drew's a lawyer, so I'm gonna have to trust his opinion on this one. -bb. edited because "truse" isn't a word. |

That would explain his nit behaviour, and lack of further explanation - we haven't paid for it.
