Absolutely, it is the incentive program at its best. If they are good, take good care of them, if they suck, hopefully they will get the message.

This discussion has been pretty intereting, especially the input from actual dealers,etc. I only have a handful of live sessions in Vegas, so can I ask what constitutes a "down"?

A dealer's turn dealing the table. The most common length is 30 mins, some places do 20 mins and I knwo of at least one that does 40 mins.

Interesting fact, employees of Ceasars Palace are not allowed to patron the Poker Room.

Any idea where the employees prefer to play? If its anything like AC, following the dealers to their after-work game can make for a very good low limit game.
