Ceasars poker room--stupid is as stupid does!

This info came from a co-worker who's roomate works at Ceasars poker room.

Seems the players in the Bellagio "Big Game" solicited Ceasars for bringing the game over there. So Friday nite they played at Ceasars. What got them over there?

Ceasars gave them $5 per 1/2 hr rake instead of the normal $10 per man they pay at Bellagio.
Ceasars FULL comped anything they wanted to eat. Including Lobsters, steaks etc. Bellagio doesnt do this.

And when the players didnt like a dealer?...they got pulled out of the box and another dealer was sent in. Some dealers were taken OUT of the games they were in up to 3 times to go deal this game. Do you think THEY got any reward? 1 dealer stated after the third time thru he would not go back in!! he had just made $18 and that was his best down in 3 times thru! So as is the norm, better dealers were penalized. Being forced to deal this game and make alot less than in any other game in the room.

I dont know how long they played for but the obvious result was -ev to Ceasars. Dummys gave away the house. Where were these players on Saturday nite?

Rumor has it the game will go to the Venetian poker room when it opens. I know over 200 dealers that cant wait!

You dont understand the "business" of poker. There's no doubt to that.

Can you name one of these players? The big game moves around to different poker rooms until they wear out their welcome and then it is back to Bellagio.

I will point out the OP is more familiar with the business of poker than anyone at Caesar's. It is not uncommon for the players in the big game to take as many freebies as they can from an unsuspecting cardroom manager.

ceasars sucks....esp their AC pokerroom where all u hear is casino jingle in background, the dealers are retarted with lots of misdeals, etc, and the food is HORRIBLE. 8 bux for a chicken sandwich and I couldnt find the chicken in the sandwich, what horsecrap

Yes you do..because thats actually the misnomer that I'm sure made them do it. The "herd" is not going to follow them like you think.
