This ahnd plays itself. You played it fine. A call anywhere is gay unless your trapping.

wow even ur title was donkish, there was not one cr in this whole hand lol.... and folding the flop, WHAT???? this whole post was a joke right?
if not im assuming he ended up showing either 33 or 88 he didnt cap the flop with so he could raise the turn then called u a lucky fish right? folding the flop would be ridiculous yes sometimes ur overpairs run into sets on these innocuous boards thats poker but his flop raise doesnt mean he has a set he could have 99-QQ (higher end unlikely didnt 3 bet pre) or any 8 or worse! ud give up so much folding only 3 hands bet u on the flop assumin he doesnt call out of the big with 83 8 2 or 32 which suited they may but against those u have 5 outs now and likely another 3 after the turn if they dont fill out btw i love seeing these bigger pairs hit 2 outters against lower pairs that flop sets ( unless its against me obviously) |

Besides, I wouldn't fold on the flop here, but I have no clue what kind of mistakes I'm making and I'm making sure that this isn't one of them. Just a general inquiry... |

If you're seriously asking, you should pick up some books, starting with Small Stakes Holdem.
And where was the c/r? |

Is there a problem with the hand convertor since it seems to have omitted BB and UTG's original checks on the flop? I ask because the same thing happened to me when I posted a hand a couple of days ago- the first couple of flop bets did not appear.
As for the original question, a lot of players play any pair aggressively against a pre-flop raise when the board is like this. They figure you have missed the flop. Unless you know that your opponent is a super rock who would never check raise with less than two pair, you have to re-raise here. I might slow down if the betting is capped though. No way is this hand not going to showdown. |

It just looks like he didnt switch it to 2+2 forum style, I did the same thing earlier tonight and got the same results, but I could be wrong.
