I funneled in cash to FT using ePassporte and a check card in under five minutes ($5/100 to fund the eP account, no fees after that). Turned out the FT GUI choked on my spotty Chinese connection and...

FWIW I like the fold readless. CO pushing at 18% (33+,A7+,A2s+,KQ+,KTs+) is fairly wide. Then you're calling AJs+ and AQ+.
