Re: Power of the press

Even the few places I have seen this mentioned, there seems to be little push. I found a forum discussion on msnbc.com and it had a whopping 4 posts.

Re: $5 bubble hand

At the $5 tables? I push in a heartbeat. If he's slow playing, so be it. You have 2 pair 4 handed, how much better do you want to hit the flop? The pot is huge (compaired to stacks) on a coordinated...

Re: Opinions on gambling early

[ QUOTE ]

Fold. Think about it this way. Assume it's a coinflip. If you lose the coinflip, you lose your buyin. If you win the coinflip, you don't necesarrily double your buyin.

Opinions on gambling early

I have had this discussion with others, but I'm still not sure which way I think is better to go. The example I will use is from a hand last night (from memory).

I was playing a $11, 30 player SnG...

Re: A2s against Mr Mega Maniac

I suppose once I've hiked up my skirt, picked up my balls and called on the flop, the rest I woulda done the same. And apparently from his stats, you are comparing your hand to truly any random hand,...

Re: Turn play with overpair, FD & GS but possibly behind

I probably miss a lot of value bets in these situations, but I would like check call down once that turn comes. If villain checks the turn also, I may bet/call the river if a non-club card comes. I...

Re: Was pretty lost on this one

OOP with a better and another caller, I usually either fold the turn bet or call down for 1 bet. I have to assume I'm drawing thin (maybe 4 outs) to a hand that may be drawing dead. If it were HU,...
