Default Think value bet?

Villain kind of seems like a spaz, but not a calling station from the looks of it. He previously pushed 100bb after I raised 4bb preflop. No other reads, he is maybe 25/10 or something. Does he calldown with two or something often enough for this to be a value bet?

Raising preflop is sexy. When he donks $1 on the flop, he's usually wearing a sign on his head that says flush draw. Fold is good on the end. VB'ing the river is probably good as well.

yeah the small flop lead makes me think flush draw....therefore i'd check behind when it hit.

Any reads on his post-flop aggression, specifically on the river? I tend to find that "most" folks either river bluff habitually or almost never. His huge over-push preflop defintely lends a bit of uncertainty and would lead someone to conclude that sort of player might pull this move on a scare card, but I think you have to fold here.
Without having seen him try to pop a scary river before with junk, I think you have to give him some cred.
The flop min-bet then call over 2 streets until the flush card hits...against a chaser I'd expect to see this exact line.
Might have gotten punked, but I fold.

Yeah, but it can also be a pair and a Ten as well.

How is this thin?

Good value bet. Fold to a raise.

I also like raising this preflop.

The line represented seems like a call anything to try to bust someone flush draw with the min lead and call the rest of the way, until he hit.

I am assuming the 15 was meant to block, but he decided to raise and you knew you were finished with the hand at that time.

To make this call I would have to see him make this play before and find a caller that will show what he had. This was a scare card and he may have been waiting to take the hand away from you for something like this, but I need to see this done before I can make this call.
