Default Friend speeding 90 in a 30

Friend of mine was doing 90 in a 30, small town, city cop. Anyone know the penalty for this? I'm sure the fine is going to be pretty hefty, but will she get her liscense suspended or something like that?

BTW First offense.

Edit: Not looking to beat it.

Ideally, death.

This once again proves my theory: Women can't drive.

Search here for various state legislature links. There might be potential jurisdictional variations for particular towns/counties, but basically I'd say 60 MPH above is enough to lose your license for a good while.

Ideally she should go to jail for a few years. She wouldn't be able to slow down in time for someone crossing the street and if she did hit someone, their chances of being killed would be like 90%.

But she will probably have her license suspended for a year or so.

I've always been told that 45 over the speed limit is considered "racing" and is an automatic suspension.
