Default CD Poker Duplicate Household Problem

I tried to make a rakeback account on CD Poker (same network as Noble, Titan) but I got a security flag that said they were closing my account due to the fact that someone (my roommate) also has made a CD Poker account from this household/network.

Is there anyway around this or have I totally screwed myself? The problem is, even if I go to a different computer network and try to make a new CD Poker rakeback account, they're going to probably flag me again when I type in my name and info. So basically, because of their slighly anal policy, I fear that I am forever banned from being able to play on CD Poker and enjoy their wonderful rakeback. Is this the case? Anyone go through this before?

if you don't mind sending ID you probably won't have any problem if both addresses match the correct house. if you drivers' licenses don't show same address, you might have some hassles.
