Default Official ^^Arizona Cardinals to the Super Bowl^^ thread

yeah baby

you heard it here first

and probably last

The Cards got the "Edge"

With the receivers, Warner, and the Edge, the rings are already on the way.

is their O-line going to stay in 1piece this year, if it does they could be a serious contender

Edge, Fitz, Boldin
Faulk, Holt, Bruce

pretty close, they def. have the best chances of any team picking top10

They also need to upgrade their O-line in this weekend. The NFL Draft is particularly important to the Cardinals.

Shouldn't they draft Cutler. I know Warner looked good for stretches, but in the long run if they want their incredible WR combo to prosper, shouldn't they draft a QB in the first and work on the line later. There D isn't exactly great either, but they definitely did a great job in getting Edge and hopefully bringing something from the HB spot they haven't had in years.

If by Super Bowl you mean 3rd in the crappy NFC West then yes they are going.

The Cards have a lot of options. Their 2 BIGGGGEST weaknesses are: OLine and QB future.

Denny Green wants to win now, so you could see either OT Winston Justice (which I think is the best route to go) or OLBs E. Sims or C. Greenway (eh).

The Cards can wait one more year before they need to draft a QB. Next year, we can see Brady Quinn out there, Chris Leak (if he's as good as they say), and others that will be as good as Cutler.

In the 2nd and 3rd rounds, the Cards could look at S Ko Simpson from South Carolina, OLB R. McIntosh from Miami, OLB Thomas Howard from UTEP, then in the 3rd, grab DeMario Minter from Georgia (CB) or even Brodie Croyle QB from Alabama, who, IFFFF he can stay healthy, could have a nice Steve McNair/Marc Bulger like career.

There's a mock on ESPN.com which has the Cardinals taking OT Winston Justice.

Cutler falls to #17 (Vikings).

There's also some talk of the Rams trading up to take Cutler before the Cardinals can.
