How do the "pros" develop their game?

Most of the big name players never post on 2+2 or even read our forums. How the heck do they continue to improve their game? I can't think of any other venues to get better at poker than posting and reading posts at this point in my poker development. How do they do it?

I think any pro that plays a substantial amount of online poker reads 2+2 and never comments.

At the very least, in order to read what people say about them.

Negreanu, Greenstein, Harman have all posted in the past.

You might be surprised by just who is reading.

Generally though I think they discuss ideas among one another.
