Default Should I have folded my tptk against small stacks 3bet?

No reads. Recently sat down. I was heads up against him a hand or 2 before, and I made a little bluff at the flop, and he raised and I folded.
I would usually fold in this spot, but some times I see these maniacs push with JQ or worse.

with out a solid read that he is an absolute maniac I let this one go to his 3-bet. If you see him show down TPNK after an all-in, or a 3-bet then i like a call here, but with out a solid read i like to let these go.

With BB's flop betting pattern, KQ is the only hand you beat (and then it sucked out on the turn). Grit your teeth and fold to the flop 3bet, but don't show your awesome laydown or the table will try to run you over.
