Default Party vs WPEX

Hello All,

I am a sporadic poster here, so forgive me if this is redundant...but if this has already been said (I have searched posts and have not seen), it needs to be said again.

Party Poker has taken steps to hurt its loyal customer base. Together, we helped make Party Poker what it is today. In return, we made a little (for some, like myself, a lot) extra for ourselves (rakeback). Party Poker then decided that it needed more money and stopped rewarding frequent players (or reward less...VIP vs. rakeback). Sure, I know there are ways around their no rakeback policy, but I don't want to jump through hoops for being a good customer. Bottom line...my play generated money for them, my affiliate, and me. Isn't that what they call a win-win-win situation?

What is the solution to their actions? STOP PLAYING THERE!!! You've all heard about WPEX (World Poker Exchange if you haven't...part of a sports book offering no rake poker to attract customers to their site). Why not simply play there? There are plenty of good games. Sure, they might not be quite as good as Party, but eventually they may. And how can you beat 100% rakeback....you can't. Why not do everything you can to help get more players to that site. Mention it to as many players as possible. Word of mouth works...just look how fast it has grown in 4 weeks. I'm not worried about 2+2ers going there...the more players that get over there, the better. The games are good (at least the ones I have played have been). Now, I know WPEX is not good for affiliates...but blame Party Poker. Everyone was making money...why did they have to go screw it up. Make them pay and STOP PLAYING THERE!!

www.worldpx.com 100% Rake back, no referral codes, no affiliates, no having to worry about getting your rake back payments from a third party. They do it all.

The Site is backed by world sports exchange sportsbook www.wsex.com (which has been around for over 10 years).

The games are pretty loose passive as a bunch of sports bettors come over to try their luck at poker.

Definately worth playing at. Check it out everyone and good luck!

What exactly is WPEX? I've never seen any information or discussion about this new poker site.

I'm sure that many might say that I am biased but this WPEX spam is out of control. It has already made the zoo almost unreadable and now it has been spilling into other forums. Most of those doing it dont seem to recall that this was one of the main reasons why Zerorake flopped, people got sick of the endless spam and it got a bad reputation.

This probably isnt spam in the traditional way, most if not all of it is not endorsed by WPEX I am sure, but all these senseless threads saying the same thing over and over is spammy/trolly.

I think it is a great concept, dont get me wrong, only time will tell if it really works. I dont want anyone to think I am bashing their idea, the players just need to realize that constantly filling the forums up with the same things not only hurts the forums as a whole, but hurts what you are trying to accomplish. There was even a thread trying to convince people to Googlebomb WPEX and another talking about taking money out their own pocket to pay for WPEX advertising. WPEX must have assets well above virtually any poker player's bankroll, especially online players.

When someone finds a 100% bonus code are there 100 threads about it cross posted everywhere? Of course not. There doesnt need to be 100 threads about this either.

Isnt all this just a bit overboard?

Apparently WPEX it is a site that all the good poker players are leaving Party to go play against each other because they can get 100% rakeback.

Have fun and good luck!

Not if you like money. If WSEX succeeds at this, it will force everyone to lower their prices putting more money in our pockets.
