Dell 2007FP $399 CAD today only

Since Dell Canada only offers sales once in a while, I figured I should point this out. This is the 1600x1200 monitor, so it fits 4 tables fine. I just ordered one. Sale ends today.

I got another one during their last X days of savings (which was what .. 3 weeks ago ?) and paid 20$ more.
Seems price-pressure on these is rather powerful lately.

A few weeks ago, they had the 7 day deal.....they had the 2405fpw on sale for 899 I think. AMAZING!!! 1900x1200 resol...4 USB prts, 9 in 1 card reader etc.....if its in the budget, get that one. I can fit 10 tables with no overlap (although I only play 2)

I've never tried multitabling on a nice monitor without overlap so it should be a sweet change.

I already have a 2405, which I paid about $1300 CAD for and don't regret at all. I'm replacing my old 19" CRT with the 2007. Too bad I just bought a 2007 for a gift a week ago; it's almost impossible to predict when these things go on sale [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

You guys might want to reconsider on this one. Apparently the 2007FP has some serious colour banding issues. There is a big thread on the Dell Forums regarding it: http://forums.us.dell.com/supportforums/...ding&page=1

For those of you unfamiliar with colour banding this is what it looks like:

I'm sure you can cancel your order if you've just placed one. This probably explains the ridiculously cheap price.
