Default Interesting exchange with Eurobet (cashing out)

For all of you receivers of rakeback on Eurobet
Did anyone else have the following problem:

What follows is a message exchange with Eurobet customer support from earliest to latest

--------------
Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that we cannot authorise your withdrawal request, as there are no correspondent winnings in your poker account.

Kind regards,
Affiliate Executive
--------------
To which I replied:

There are about $7300 in my poker account.
Surely, I can withdraw a part of my money?

--------------

And they then replied thusly:

--------------
Dear Sir,

As the money comes from an IA from your affiliate, due to our money laundering policy you cannot make a withdrawal request.

We have now authorised this payout exceptionally. In the future, if you need to payout an amount through an IA, you will need to ask it through your affiliate.

Regards,
Eurobet Affiliation Team
--------------

So, it appears that the issue is resolved on an "exceptional" basis, but this is a major hassle that was never there before. Anyone else got that recently?
