Yeah I'm in the same boat. Do you know how PT handles a case where someone had to reformat their computer and lost pokertracker? Will they reactivate it for you for free?

They will give you a new reg code. You d/l a new version to your new pc and then you mail them. They are brilliant on all of these kind of issues. Probably the best value for cash in the software world.

It must be another DOS attack against our hosting companies servers. PAHUD and PT use the same web hosting company so Josh and I are in the same boat. Hopefully it will be back up soon. It did come back for about 45 min. at 4 PM EST but then went down again.

My site might be down a little more over the next couple of days. Personally, I'm tired of the downtime and am switching hosting companies.

According to their support number, it was actually a power outage and not a DOS this time. They say is should be back by 6-8 PM PST. Never had these problems until you signed up there Josh

Yeah, I saw that. They lost power only on their floor, supposedly and the backup generators didn't come up.

I'm still leaving them because it took way too long for them to let everyone know what was going on. Especially considering it's such an easy thing to diagnose (um.. the lights are off..).

Maybe since I'm leaving now, they'll stop having problems.
