After reading El Diablo's POST and saying to myself. Man I really agree with this something occurred to me. I'm in charge, so why not do it and see what happens.

so the following things will now happen.

I am removing my rules, including the fyp's etc. Although you will still be banned for being stupid and clogging up threads with your stupidity.

OOT will be following the direction set in El Diablo's post.

I will be forming a group of respected posters who will make the rules and implement said policy. I will still be the only mod for now, but hopefully those that want to will be added in.

Right now the group consists of

Having a group make policy should allow for a larger consenus and better decisions.
