Incredible WSOP freeroll

I have just played in a WSOP freeroll (I did not win).

First place was a WSOP package (the big one).
2d to 10th place shared $2000

There were 39 participants !!!!!!!!!!!

I am not making this up !

A friend told me about it 10 minutes before it begun. I promissed not to say where, but it is finished now and it was restricted to scandinavians.

Pretty unbelievable though.

No, I finished 16th. (but I was chipleader for a long time and then my brain exploded and I went all-in with 77 against KK)

I don't know all the details (how many players left, etc) but in such a format this sounds REALLY bad.

Not only they live in rich calm countries, but they now get such freerolls?
