Rolf Slotboom's book

Anyone read Slotboom's book "Hold'em on the come" yet?

I'd be especially interested to see Mason's review of it if anyone has a link.

I thought Slotboom was primarily a pot limit omaha player now.

I would guess that Mason will read this book when it comes out and it probably will not have a very good review. Slotboom is not held in high esteem here due to some of his previous works being slightly incorrect/flawed (articles). Not to say that it won't get reviewed on its own merits because I'm sure it will.

A small side note about Hold'em on the Come...

The book was primarily written by Dew Mason, with Rolf Slotboom as a partner and contributor. Dew had completed a manuscript that he presented to Rolf, who agreed to polish the work so it can be published by a third party (D&B). Rolf adds his comments as footnotes entitled "Ace Speaks" throughout the book, which is a unique way to express the partnership, From what little I have read so far the writing tone seems to change between these sections and I like Dew's "voice" so far. After flipping through the book, I am looking forward to reading the section on implied odds, where Dew's method of presenting action charts is a new concept that has now been presented before (as per Rolf's preface).

Rolf does have his own Pot Limit Omaha book coming out later this year August I think. This is a book I am eagerly waiting on.
