Limit Tourney Strategy?

In June my local casino is having Scotty Nguyen Poker Challenge II and one of the events is a $100 + $20 Limit Holdem.

I am 3/6 & 4/8 LHE player. I've never played in a MTT before. Is there any strategy advise you can give or point me to for a Limit Tourney?

Play MTTs online to practice up. Otherwise, play your best cash game until the blinds get really big compared to your stack, then you have to loosen up and gamble.
