pot limit stud

I have some questions about pot limit stud. Let's say it's a 6-handed game, ante $1, bring-in $2.

The low-card could bring it in for $2, or he could raise to what amount? raise the $2 by $8 for $10, or just "bet" $6? Also, what would a "default" min-bet on later streets be?

Is pot limit stud spread anywhere online? I play in a microstakes mixed game with friends, all games PL.
