Multitablers -- How many tables?
I'm familiar w/ the 12 tabler full ring player...but not so familiar on the common number of tables w/ shorthand. The popular amount seems to be 4...but do a lot of ppl go to as much as 6 or 8, maybe more? At what # does it get kind of ridiculous to keep up w/?

Re: Multitablers -- How many tables?
I play 4, but I'm considering getting a new video card soon so I can plug in my other monitor to play 6.

Re: Multitablers -- How many tables?
after 6 it becomes very tough for even top players. I notice a significant drop after 4.

Re: Multitablers -- How many tables?
Yeah figured as much, I'm doing 4 now and it seems like a pretty good pace.

Re: Multitablers -- How many tables?
4 here too (for the most part, sometimes it's 3 and sometimes it's 5, but i have bad overlap then, it's just i can't seem to not like a 3/6 table at times).

Re: Multitablers -- How many tables?
I'm at UB so i stick with 3 for the moment. I can get reads on players playing 3 tables, starting to degenerate after that amount.
When i get cleverer i'll do 4. |

Re: Multitablers -- How many tables?
5, but always looking around for better tables. 6 on weekends and fri nights, because the players are so much worse and it requires less outwittage.

Re: Multitablers -- How many tables?
I've played as many as four shorthanded tables, but my results suffer. I'm mediocre with three and excellent with two. For myself, I'd rather be constantly evaluating my play and what the other players have and what they think I have and building skills to advance some day to 10/20, instead of 4-6 tabling just to grind out a bigger bankroll.
