The game was a pretty loose 6max gamble fest, but I still don't know whether I wanted Villain to fold/call/raise the river.

Raising seems silly, since only a better hand is going to call.

You are getting laid great odds on the call if Villian will bet more than the nuts here.

If Villian is only betting the straight here, it is an easy fold.

Are you the river bettor here? If so I think this is fine, it is very unlikely he ended up with a bigger straight. I doubt he will bluff the river often enough to make c/c better, but this is read dependent.

You want him to call, definitely.

Pretty funny he forgot to change his sn to "hero" on the last action after doing so everywhere else in the hh.

Yeah I'm the river bettor here. Damn B2B site doesn't work with hand converter.

I felt that if I check the river I can't call a pot bet, so my river bet was a value/blocking bet.
If I check and Villain pots it (he can bet missed flush/set/top 2 here all day long) I think it's a tougher decision compared to betting and folding to a raise.

Depends on the table, but I think a fair about of the time a bet will win it on this flop.

[/ QUOTE ]How often would you pot this flop 4-handed? I have an OESD, middle pair and two small runner flush draws and I'm in 2nd position after the flop.
