Default dumb newb question

Ok, say I am a party affiliate. What/how does one get a negative accrual? What has to happen for one to get negative accruals?

Thanks

EDIT: PS: I emailed party affiliate support and I got an insta message saying "because of the extened spring break are staff is on vacation from April 13th to April 18th" WTF? I don't know where they are, but where I am it is April 20th.

Do you mean negative MGR? To get this your players would have to have a bonus to work off or have worked it off without paying their share rake equal or greater to the bonus. Another way is if you had a chargeback or some other fraud from a player under you.

No, not negative MGR. Say you are looking at your monthly statement. At the bottom it has the Adjustments section. It says "special payments, bonanza, interim payment, Negative Accrual" and then the total. I want to know how you get Negative accruals.
