I probably drink about the same as I did when I was 17. Now I drink about a beer every other day. Then I drank about 14 beers every other week.

You'll find as you get older that you settle into habits. Among those habits is the after work/unwind drink or three. I know a bunch of very successful people for whom this is a daily occurence. Interestingly, the majority seem to be hard liquor drinkers, as opposed to beer.

Every morning I wake up at 5AM to work out, but every bit as normal is an after-work drink. One thing I didn't realize when I was young was what a bunch of lushes old people are.
