Default KT SB. basic preflop defense

how big of a monkey does cut off have to be to defend CO raise from SB. does looseness of BB really effect your decision? i.e. 66/16/1 monkey raises from cutoff. you have KTo in SB. BB is 46/4/.8 easy defense?

suppose cutoff was TAG. who folds now?

What game? I muck in 1/3 blind structure. While he limps a lot he is only raising 16% and we are OOP. I never call here, only 3 bet or fold. And i probably fold, as BB may just decide to call anyway.

makes sense to 3 bet to get it heads up, and to gain initiative. but in 1/2 blind structure do you play KTo then? I generally muck KTo from SB too, but I'm not sure. how about KJo. i'm having a hard time determining which of these marginal hands are profitable and which arent. how often do you just call from the blind instead of 3 betting?
