Default Law school application question

Do schools interview you at all? I'm asking because I'm wondering if I'm going to have to take out my piercings. Thanks

You should take them out regardless.

Some do, but they will tell you on the website or on the application whether they do or not. Mostly higher tier schools do this.

Oh, and you should take them out regardless.

How extreme are they? I interviewed with my law school when I applied, but it wasn't mandatory. A couple minor piercings aren't going to make much difference, but anything more than a couple in the ear might be trouble.

Frankly, they will limit your choices in what to do with your career as well. I don't know anyone in private practice with any obvious facial piercings, and corporate in-house jobs tend to be sort of conservative.

I personally don't care how many holes you have in your face. Pierce away. I'm not judging you or anything. That's just sort of how the profession is.

I have a lip piercing and my ears are stretched to 7/16. I know I'll have to take them out eventually.

Most of the big east coast schools did not request an interview for my friend. This includes Georgetown, NYU, Columbia, Michigan, Yale, and Boston. She applied last year and got into all of them except Yale.

Do ears lobes recover after taking those out for a while or no? I'm pretty sure that is the gayest trend ever by the way.

Yes they do. However, I wish they didn't heal so everyone can immediately tell who was a emo [censored] retard 10 years down the road.

Let's see. In these tough economic times, what can I do to make myself as unemployable as possible?

I take them out to play soccer sometimes, and after a couple of hours, they get hard to put back in... so they close up pretty fast.

I don't think it's a big deal, youtalkfunny, I can cover up my tattoos with long sleeve shirts and eventually will take my piercings out. I just didn't want to if I didn't have to
