Default Literally a Moran

There's a letter printed in the Telegraph today about the dangers of gambling. Name of the "expert" writing in? Yup, Dr Moran!

Amazing! While I always knew that Moran was a common family name, I never thought one of them would get a letter published in the Telegraph.

There's a Moran Construction company in my town. Maybe I'll go and take a picture of their sign some day.

From this article

"See also

* moron (commonly mis-spelled as moran)"

Not that this would even be funny if the guy's name was "Dr. Moron". Seriously, why is it that this word is misspelled >50% of the time?

"Seriously?" You are actually serious?

It wouldn't have been funny at all if his name was Moron and I wouldn't have posted it. Do you see why?
