Default Pajazzo beatable?

I don't know what this game is called other than Finland. It's called 'Pajatso' here. Does anyone know if this game can be mastered? This image is from an old machine but the newer are pretty much the same. You shoot a coin and try to get it through a 'hole'. I know that when the sticks from the center (biggest payout) are up & down it's really hard to hit there so I pass when it's like that. Anyone got any info?
