Omega 3 supplements smaller than my fist...
I bought some of these:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002VG...e&n=3760901 because, you know, they're supposed to be good for you and stuff. Problem is they're freaking HUGE. Unswallowable for me huge. I'm not great with pills (a multivitamin's about as big as I can take), so it was a complete waste. Anyone know of an Omega-3 supplement that's smaller and more swallowable? Thanks- -bb, looking for answers but anticipating oral sex jokes. |

Re: Omega 3 supplements smaller than my fist...
You could just buy Flax Seed oil. It doesn't taste all that bad mixed with a protein drink or whatever. It is more expensive, though.
Actually, Flax might be an Omega 6. If you are simply looking to add some healthy fats, however, it should suffice. |

[/ QUOTE ] omega 3's and 6's are not interchangable. most americans get plenty of omega 6's. they serve totally differnt purposes in the body. |

From what source, primarily? Sorry for the bad advice, OP. Eat more pink salmon or swallow hard. |
