Default Question

4-handed 30/60. You're hero with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] UTG. Villain is me (kurosh) in the SB. Kurosh has only shown down solid hands so far and has been playing well and very aggressive. Hero has been tightish and commenting with another player about how NL is better, making fishy comments about calling down with bad hands, not being able to move people off hands in limit etc.

Hero raises UTG, Kurosh 3-bets in the SB, Hero calls.

Flop: 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Kurosh bets, hero calls.

Turn: 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Kurosh bets, hero raises, kurosh 3-bets, do you fold here in hero's spot? Assume hero calls.

River: 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Kurosh bets, do you call?

The fact that our hand could easily be trips and you don't care is disconcerting. I might ditch the turn, if I called I'd fold the river UI without some information.

2 easy calls. i would not raise anything on the turn that im not willing to call for a 3-bet. im taking this hand to showdown no matter what. and im definitely willing to pay you off so i like his raise

You couldn't bluff him off it huh? If I'm hero I raise flop and no way do I not showdown.

Hey, 90% of the time I have a pair of fives killed here. I read hands well. It's not like I randomly 3bet the turn with air. He should've folded and so should you :P

I would not fold, but I also would not have raised the turn. Terrible raise against you, imo.

Hey, 90% of the time I have K-high against his pair of fives and I suck out. He should've folded but I'm not surprised he didn't because no player should fold any pair against kurosh HU.

If I was going to showdown, I would just call down vs you. I've seen enough 3-betting K high on the turn from you and rivering your 7 kicker to beat my 5s to know not to invest more into this hand!

I'd wait for a better spot to maximize against the prince of Lagtard!

In all seriousness, I don't think this is the place to raise the turn given the conditions.
